Cameroon's Prime Minister, Dr Joseph Dion Ngute 'smuggled' into his car as gunshots welcome him to Bamenda, North West Region. The official is visiting the region to explain the successes of the Major National Dialogue organised by the government to resoleve the Crisis. Before this visit the Minister of communication had declared that there is a return to normalcy in the North West and South West regions of the country.
